This gas-fired evaporator is designed for optimal efficiency and economy of the disposal of the water portion of water-based waste. It is environmentally safe, converting the water portion of liquid waste to vapor and segregating solids and oils. Reducing the volume of effluent can dramatically decrease the costs of removal and disposal.

This evaporator has a flame monitoring system that will shut down the burner should any of the following events occur:

  • Low gas pressure
  • High gas pressure
  • Loss of combustion air
  • Flame failure
  • Flame relay internal errors

If low level occurs in the evaporator tank, or when redundant high temperature monitoring is reported, the burner will shut down. The evaporator also uses an FM approved gas train with dual safety valves. An auto-fill system is available for continuous evaporation of water.
