High-production powder booths are designed to increase productivity, product quality and profitability. Modular designs engineered for optimum airflow and transfer efficiency enable Global Finishing Solutions to efficiently produce powder systems ideal for any powder coating operation. Booths are constructed of 18-gauge galvanized steel panels for long life. Optional inside-accessible, energy-efficient light fixtures eliminate shadows and reduce overall power consumption. The cartridge filter collectors provide easy access to the filters for fast maintenance, and the cartridge system is self-cleaning with reverse-pulsing valves. The powder booths also feature operator shields and touch-up windows to create a safe and efficient working environment.
