Designed to mask fittings during high temperature finishing processes such as powder coating, E-coating, plating, and more, the HJS series is part of Caplugs’ Flex500PLUS line of products designed to withstand temperatures up to and beyond 500° F. HJS caps are designed to be ergonomically friendly with a soft, flexible feel and a pull-tab with special finger grips. The flexibility of the material makes installation of the cap quick and easy. According to the company, the HJS series maintains its flexibility after masking processes ensuring the pull tab will tear off easily, giving the user the option of removing it after processing, or leaving the cap on as shipping protection and allowing the end-user to remove it, a these parts will not bake onto the fitting.
