EPSI’s new high temp polyester tape, Ultra Orange, is designed to handle 430°F for 45 min with no shrinkage or residue. Designed to be a great option for users who have had problems with the industry standard green polyester tape, Ultra Orange has also been successful in applications where the tape needs to survive two baking cycles. Manufactured in the U.S., the tape offers a less expensive option to reduce rework and rejected parts—a powder coater is no longer forced to go to a 500°F polyimide because the green will not survive the temperature.
