Hubbard-Hall’s new Emerald Paint-Prep low-temperature, zirconium-based conversion coatings are designed to replace iron phosphate solutions, providing increased corrosion resistance with no regulated heavy metals and zero phosphates. Environmental benefits include less sludge to be waste treated and a reduced carbon footprint from the decreased energy required to operate at lower temperatures.
