Florida CirTech Inc., a chemical blender for the printed circuit and electronic assembly industry, has developed the CK300 Catalyst Killer. This new product is designed to help minimize skip and background plating in the Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG) process. The product is said to remove residual palladium leftover from the electroless copper process. Additionally, makers says it eliminates ENIG plating in the non-plated through holes.
