The TYTANTM water heater is designed for industrial inline water heating requiring precise temperature control and optimum cleanliness.  Heated water improves cleaning effectiveness and reduces rinse time in most processes.  The  water heater is said to be 99% efficient.  Rugged heavy-wall element construction ensures trouble-free operation and long life, which contributes to low cost of ownership and excellent return on investment.  The 100% titanium heating elements provide very clean performance for precision cleaning applications.  Excellent temperature accuracy over a wide flow range can substantially improve process consistency.  Minimal facility requirements are needed for installation - only power and plumbing connections are required.  Space saving design minimizes footprint requirements.  Units are wall mounted up to 72kW and floor mounted up to 144kW.  The TYTANTM is UL listed, with CE compliant models available upon request.
