Process Technology has launched its ChemHeat In-line Chemical Heater, a  compact unit with all fluoropolymer wetted surfaces for ultra-high-purity (UHP) applications, including semiconductor filtration, sterilization and cleaning.

Unique fluid path design and patented purge technology eliminates high-temperature fluid permeation and detects leaks extending product life (MTBF). A low internal volume results in faster heat-up, precise and stable heating performance, lower surface temperatures, and reduced chemistry costs.

Highly adaptable, the class 100 cleanroom assembled ChemHeat easily integrates into existing manufacturing systems and new tools with its’ small overall footprint and is suitable for use with non-flammable wet chemistries, including water, acids, bases and solvents.

XC High-Flow by Process Technology

The new XC High-Flow Inline Heat Exchanger from Process Technology delivers an ultra-high-purity (UHP), compact, high-flow heat exchanger with precise and stable heat transfer, while reducing fluid pressure drop. High-flow capacity is achieved with a larger 13 mm (0.5 inch) diameter tubing to improve circulation, reduce pressure drop and enable a faster temperature response. The low-mass unit is internally baffled for additional heat performance. Recirculating and single-pass flow applications provide safe heating for water, acids, bases and solvents. Clean-room assembled, no wetted o-ring, PFA tube-side chemistry paths allow the XC High-Flow to meet the most stringent cleanliness requirements to support next-generation ultra-high-purity semiconductor node technologies.

Its One Plate electroless nickel (EN) is a single-component EN that enables manufacturers to use one drum for both makeup and maintenance. According to the company, traditional EN was developed using three components (A, B and C) and makeup between 21-22% by volume. One Plate was developed with just a single component that makes up and replenishes at 15% by volume. Its products are ELV/RoHS compliant and available in low, medium and high phosphorous.
