IntelliFinishing provides automated finishing systems with conveyors and smart controls. The systems are designed to be lean and cost effective, while offering both flexibility and a small footprint. The company says the systems include friction-driven conveyors, energy-efficient washers and ovens, easy-to-use smart controls, liquid and powder booths, platforms and more. According to the company, its finishing systems can increase throughput by 20%; grow opportunities for more revenue with less conveyor downtime and line stoppages; improve quality and consistency with recipes and smart controls; and offer adaptability for future processes and parts.
