The LeanClean 360-2 ultrasonic parts washer from Jensen Fabricating Engineers (Jenfab) simultaneously rotates two baskets in solvent-free solution while underwater spray jets remove chips and oils, even from parts with complex shapes and blind holes. Integral, programmable rinse and dry cycles complete the parts washing process.

The lean, cellular system features a small, 6 × 7-ft footprint and is ergonomically designed to load from the front at waist height for manual operation. The system also can be fully automated with conveyor feed, and automated load and unload. Basket movement can be programmed from gentle rocking to full, 360-degree rotation. Tubular transducers and digital generators provide increased cavitation power. The LeanClean360-2 system’s surface modification capabilities also include passivating, phosphating and pickling chemistries.
