Kwik Mark Inc. (McHenry, Ill.) has introduced a full-column option with a full-height stand to make its dot peen markers easier to use, with adjustable ergonomic marking head and table positioning to suit both standing and seated operation.

The full-column stand is designed to improve mobility throughout marking operations. The 20" x 20" floor-mount base features twin linear ball slides that span the entire 58" length of the column to provide more height adjustment for both the marking head and the T-Slot table. Kwik Mark additionally offers a programmable (entire column) Z axis.

Kwik Mark also designed its full-column option to improve line-of-sight from a standing position, removing the need for the operator to lean down and look under the marking head during setup and marking. Furthermore, all Kwik Mark accessories and fixtures are compatible with the column, including locking casters to provide mobility where required.
