Lesta Manufactures Robots, Complete Painting Systems
Robotic paint finishing technology is said to mirror intricate human movements without programming.
Lesta USA’s self-learning, robotic paint finishing technology is said to mirror intricate human movements without programming. According to the company, while other paint systems require engineers and programmers, Lesta robots only need a painter to record his/her movements and spray techniques during a weightless learning mode. It is said that the painter’s skill is converted into a program for repeatable playback, automating future jobs for wet-coat or powder-coat applications on metal, wood, plastics or ceramics. The company says that the technology enables manufacturers of any size to paint robotically immediately after installation.
