Luster-On Products Inc.’s Zinick II is a potassium chloride-based zinc-nickel alloy plating system designed to generate alloys containing 10 to 15 percent by weight nickel. With corrosion protection from a chloride-based system, this system is formulated to produce bright, ductile deposits over a wide current density range with excellent chromate receptivity.. The system is designed for either rack or barrel applications and is engineered to fit into a present zinc chloride plating tank without adding a generation tank or adding nickel salts over the side.
