The portable drum handler incorporates an electrically enclosed and spark-free power drive, as well as power lift and lower to allow operators to quickly and efficiently move drums in plants, warehouses and laboratories, including EE- and EX-rated environments. Weight capacities ranging to 1,000 pounds are available.Features include a steering/throttle handle for forward/reverse drive, and tight turning radius for narrow aisles and restricted workspaces. A standard lift height of 20" allows for palletizing on standard or spill pallets. The power system also can negotiate inclines and offers the ability to load/unload trucks and shipping containers. It includes a heavy-duty, deep-cycle, industrial-grade battery, and an optional charger is available.
Powder coating is one of the most durable finishes that can be applied to industrial manufactured products, and offers excellent corrosion protection and is very safe because of its lack of volatile organic compounds.
Question: I’ve been told that a powder coated part cannot be “touched-up.” I have some patio furniture that I had powder coated and the powder coating shop that did the work for me stripped the threads in holes used to rack the part.
