Parker Ionic’s advanced powder coating systems now offer the Super Pulse Power powder coaters with ultimate flexibility in optimizing Corona Charge settings. The Super Pulse Power coaters offer as many as 100 user-configurable recipes. The GX8500A series provides optimized duty cycle settings that deliver low current (µA) at high voltage (100 kV) to optimize transfer efficiencies when coating the three most common application situations; standard easy coating, Faraday cages, and recoating operations, all while producing the smoothest finish in the industry. The company’s Pulse Power “Advanced Corona Charging System” is based on the time proven Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology.
