Richards-Wilcox offers its Mono-Cart power and free conveyors for finishing systems, designed to accumulate, load and unload, or halt product carriers for a robotic stop while the chain still moves. The system provides a full 30-minute dwell time in paint booths or ovens, the company says, allowing design of a smaller, more efficient finishing system and cutting utility costs.
The conveyor system is said to be well-suited for finishing lightweight plastic parts for small appliance, automotive, telecom and other markets.
