The EasyTrack System is designed to make temperature profiling easy for the powder coating and finishing industry.  Designed for use on the shop floor, this rugged system laughs at the knocks and drops of everyday use. It's lightweight being able to fit on a production line with one hand and features one button operation remembering the last reset conditions.  The simple and clear software is said to produce the automatic QA report needed and now features easy and efficient e-mailing and file handling.

This system has a data logger that records 25,000 readings over 5 channels, with accuracy to +1.0°C, and programmable readings from one second to 10 min with choice of button start or temperature trigger. Rugged thermal protection combines “black box” insulation and heat sink technology, offering the best thermal protection at the smallest size available. The software lets the user analyze data over time, make comparisons probe to probe and identify peak temperatures and time at temperature. Push button operation, visible status lights and easy-to-use software all make this system extremely operator friendly.
