Acrison’s Model 820 bulk bag unloader features a spout clamping mechanism that keeps the bag taut during the emptying process, and an optional pneumatically operated valve that closes off the bag’s discharge spout.
Acrison’s Model 820 bulk bag unloader uses “controlled vibration” to reliably discharge contents of bulk bags. It features the company’s Model 82-SCM spout clamping mechanism that keeps the bag taut during the emptying process. An optional pneumatically operated Model 82-SVM valve closes off the bag’s discharge spout, allowing it to be retied when removal of a partially empty bag is required.
The unloader also is available with a dust collection system that also helps deflate an empty bag, and lifting racks that automatically maintain upward lift on the bag and bag liner, if applicable, to facilitate product discharge.
