Uyemura’s Umicore Sealing 691 is an organic nanotechnology process designed to preserve metal brightness and protect gold, silver, copper and tin. With a short dwell time (as little as 4 seconds), this product is formulated for reel-to-reel processing and is designed to seal thin gold's inherent porosity by preventing oxidation of underlying nickel or copper, resulting in enhanced corrosion resistance. This process is aqueous and chrome free, RoHS compliant, hypoallergenic and stain repellent.
