The Spiral DL 1000 is a vibratory deburring system offering continuous feed and a process time up to 20 minutes. Parts can be automatically loaded every three seconds and will stay in numerical sequence. Infinitely variable speed adjustment can eliminate part-on-part damage. Continuous classification of undersize media is provided. The space saving design has an eight-foot diameter footprint and a linear channel length in excess of 50 feet. The system can be supplied as part of a turnkey system, including loading, unloading, washing and drying.

Immersion tin and lead-free hot air solder leveling (HASL) coatings based on SnCu or SnAgCu alloys are widely used as surface finish materials for printed circuit boards (PCB). These coatings prevent the underlying copper from corrosion and preserve its solderability during lead-free assembly processes and for a long storage life of PCBs.
