Met-Pro Environmental Air Solutions will display its Duall brand of corrosion-resistant engineered fume ventilation and exhaust systems, including tanks, hoods, duct, mist eliminators, scrubbers and fans. The company’s exhibit at Sur-Fin 2011will feature its Hydro-Lance wet particulate collector and HEXmaster mist eliminator.

The Hydro-Lance wet particulate dust collector uses Submerged Air Venturi (SAVe) technology to avoid operational issues associated with a standard Venturi scrubber systems including pump failures, small orifice nozzle clogging, material failures, and general maintenance headaches. It is designed for use in a variety of metal finishing applications including buffing and polishing, hygroscopic dusts, explosive dusts, metal machinings, grinding fines, sticky dusts, degreasing and HVOF.

The HEXmaster high efficiency mist eliminator meets strict MACT limits on chrome emissions and other mist generating baths with a single composite mesh pad. This proven design saves energy with lower motor HP requirements and ease in pad cleaning maintenance.
