Wheelabrator manufactures and installs standard and custom-designed blast systems for removing millscale and rust, and for profiling the surface of fabricated steel parts in preparation for protective coatings. According to the company, the Wheelabrator skew roll machine is a fully automated system designed to remove rust and scale from many cylindrical parts, including pipes, tubes, round bars, torsion bars, drill rods, rebars, gas cylinders and more. The machine is available with one, two or more blast wheels, depending on the application and cleaning rate.
