Keystone Koating LLC recently posted these great images of a job powder coating an 800-foot length of chain. The company says the biggest challenge was spanning the gap between the load bars. Since it was a continuous chain, it had to be run over three 20-foot load bars. Automatic guns were used on the chain and when it was coming off the line, tags were put on either side of it so the customer would be able to easily find the ends of the chain.
