Answer:
There is a metal filler (Lab-Metal) that provides good filling characteristics, can be sanded smooth, is conductive for good ground transmission and can withstand the normal curing temperatures used in powder coating. I’m not sure if it can be blasted or preheated to 600F, but, if you contact the manufacturer, it can tell you.
