Innovance (Albert Lea, Minn.), a 100% employee-owned holding company, has announced the acquisition of Jorgensen Conveyor and Filtration Solutions (Mequon, Wisc.). Innovance is the holding company for four other manufacturing companies/brands located in Minnesota and Wisconsin— ALMCO, Lou-Rich, Mass Finishing Inc., and Panels Plus.
Founded in 1950, Jorgensen Conveyor and Filtration Solutions has been at the forefront of developing innovative solutions in conveyor and filtration technology. The company serves a diverse range of industries with its advanced and tailored solutions.
Innovance Inc. plans to retain all employees of Jorgensen, and the entire Jorgensen team will become employee-owners at Innovance.
