SATA acquires the Dan-Am Company
The acquisition of Dan-Am Co. represents a milestone for SATA and is part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in the North American market.
A joint agreement was recently signed for the acquisition of the Dan-Am Co. in Spring Valley, Minn., by SATA USA Inc., a subsidiary of SATA GmbH & Co. KG (Germany).
