Exair’s 1/8 NPT small external-mix spray nozzles atomize fluids at a rate of as much as 25 gallons per hour and can be used on liquids with a viscosity ranging to 800 centipoise. The nozzles are available in a narrow-angle, flat-fan pattern and are well-suited when a thicker liquid must be applied heavily over a narrow band, the company says.

Combining liquid and compressed air, the nozzles can coat, cool, treat and paint a variety of products. Since they are external mix, airflow and liquid flow can be controlled independently. Their stainless steel construction adds to their durability and corrosion resistance.
