Gardco Video Borescope Inspection Camera Navigates Tight, Complex Spaces
A two-way articulating probe, the ability to capture sharp, high-resolution visuals in bright or dim settings and an overall compact, lightweight design enables more advanced inspection.
Paul N. Gardner Co. (Gardco, Columbia, Maryland) introduces the Articulating Video Borescope Inspection Camera. It includes a two-way articulating probe with 180-degree steering designed to navigate tight, complex spaces with precision, providing clear visual feedback for faster, more reliable paint, coating and other related industry inspections. It is particularly well-suited for inspecting narrow spaces with bends and turns, such as car engines, combustion chambers and exhaust manifolds.
“The responsive articulation enables the operator to control the scope’s tip with precise movement to navigate to the target area quickly and stay in position with its locking capability,” says James Fusco, product manager, Gardco.
A 4.5" IPS LCD color display provides sharp, high-resolution visuals. Clear viewing — whether in bright plant floors or dim vessels — is possible, and a high-brightness, adjustable LED lighting illuminates dark or confined spaces. A 5' semi-rigid gooseneck cable holds the borescope’s shape, a centrally located joystick allows one-handed operation with either hand and the solution features a lightweight, compact design for extended, fatigue-free use. A rear-mounted photo/video capture button achieves easy documentation.
