Symposium - Maximizing Employee Performance
Presented by Judy Hartley, an independent performance consultant/facilitator specializing in leadership and team development. Topics to be covered include:
• Tools and techniques for fostering and reinforcing high performance from employees AND for maintaining job satisfaction
• Essentials of effective onboarding (getting new employees off to a great start)
• Critical success factors for effective teams and teamwork

Painter Training
Expert trainers from the Iowa Waste Reduction Center will be providing experienced hands-on training using state-of-the-art virtual technology that allows for realistic, instantaneous feedback on technique and material use to improve your transfer efficiency. A half-day program, you can register for either a morning or afternoon session. Class size limited to 25 per session.
AM Session: register at 7:30 AM with training 8 AM - noon followed by lunch from 12 - 1 PM
PM Session: register at Noon. Lunch from 12 - 1 PM with training from 1-5 PM
Cost: $50 TC-CCAI members, $75 non-members .
