Powder Coating Symposium 2015

The PC (Powder Coating) Symposium is a two day short-course/lab demo/seminar that delivers the latest in powder coating innovation to engineers, technologists, scientists, marketing and management professionals.  This event is produced by the Powder Coating Research Group and the Powder Coating Institute, and will take place in Columbus, Ohio on October 13-14.

The PC Symposium expands its reach to include top researchers from the world’s preeminent coatings institutes. They do this in response to a revitalized energy they have seen at the university and scientific research levels.



Therefore in addition to their array of the industry’s engineers and formulators, they have also invited the top researchers from the world’s preeminent coatings institutes. Attendees will not only be enlightened with emerging powder technology that promises to change finishing processe,s but also to the fundamental research feeding these advancements.

Two Day Event:

Day One: The morning consists of an introductory Short Course designed for the novice professional. Topics include Resin Chemistry and Performance, Manufacturing Process, Fundamentals of Application, Curing Techniques and Troubleshooting.

Evening Day One: A networking session encompassing table top exhibits, student posters, refreshments and appetizers.

Day Two: Central to the symposium theme day two boasts a dazzling body of industry and research experts who will be delivering papers on the latest technology ranging from pretreatment chemistry to novel resin chemistry and curing techniques.

The PC Symposium brings you face to face with the prominent experts in the powder coating industry for two full days of intensive dialogue.
