Gema Announces Recent Promotions and Retirements

Gema USA Inc. (Indianapolis, Ind.) is announcing the promotion of two employees.

Jamie Argyelan has been promoted to Distribution Manager for Gema USA Inc. Jamie will oversee channel partners, strengthening performance, while offering guidance enhancing the service and sales support provided to Gema customers. With over 30 years of industry experience, Jamie will be leveraging his knowledge and skills gained in distribution and O.E.M. sales of powder coating equipment.

Carlos Alberto Montero Luna has been promoted to the Business Unit Manager for Gema Mexico Powder Finishing S de RL de CV. Over the last 15 years, Carlos has been an integral part of the organization with responsibilities in fabrication, engineering, and sales support. As Business Unit Manager, Carlos will be leveraging his leadership skills and experience to guide the organization in future growth and success.

Gema is also announcing the retirement of Fernando Garcia Guerrero, the Business Unit Manager of Gema Mexico Powder Finishing S de RL de CV, after 39 years of service. Under his management, Gema Mexico produced continuous growth and improved market share.  Fernando was instrumental in hiring and developing strong organizational talent, introducing new products, and strengthening the image of Gema de Mexico within the Central American region.
