The Metal Finishing Association of California will hold its annual Legislative Action Day June 22 - 23, 2021. This year the association will hold a virtual event online through zoom, offering an opportunity to discuss the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Airborne Toxic Control Measures (ATCM), which proposes new deadlines for phasing out hexavalent chromium plating technologies in the state of Calif., as well as other issues of concern for the finishing industry.
MFACA will hold a briefing session in advance and handouts and materials will be emailed prior to appointments. The association urges everyone to participate this year and asks that forms be submitted ASAP.
