Heater Heats Paint Evenly Without Burning Effect
Can maintain constant temperature for each color or for direct heating to increase paint temperature just before the application.
Sames Kremlin’s Magma 500 heater range works up to 500 bar (7,250 psi) and will heat paint evenly without any burning effect, according to the company. It is said that the fully stainless-steel construction makes it compatible with most materials.
The company says that it will optimize the heating of fluid materials. It is designed to be used in paint kitchens for circulation to maintain a constant temperature for each color or for direct heating to increase the temperature of the paint just before the application. It can also heat the atomizing air
for faster drying times and increase finish quality in Airmix or Airspray applications.
The modular design makes it possible to replace the lower fluid
body without changing the electrical modules, which eliminates the
need to purchase a completely new heater.
