Industrial Cleaning Furnaces Remove Pollutants
Controlled pyrolysis process converts organic-based materials into a carbon-based smoke which passes through a 1,500ºF afterburner exiting the exhaust stack as odorless water vapor and carbon dioxide.
Pollution Control’s industrial cleaning furnaces cover a spectrum of thermal stripping and heat cleaning technology. The company says the PCPC burn-off furnaces safely remove polymers, paints, powder coatings, adhesives, grease, insulation and chemicals from paint hangers and racks, engine blocks, electric motors, extrusion screws, breaker plates, dies, nozzles and other metal parts and tooling. It is said the process is virtually pollution-free as it converts organic-based materials into a carbon-based smoke which passes through a 1,500ºF afterburner exiting the exhaust stack as odorless water vapor and carbon dioxide.
