The North America liquid and powder coating industry saw some improvements in areas such as order lead time and first-pass quality yield in this year’s Products Finishing Top Shops Benchmarking Survey, which was conducted in May 2019 and was the fifth in a series of annual industry surveys. More than 45 metrics were measured in the survey, which included shops from the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
The data from the survey is used to select the overall Top Shops, which are listed along with their top official.
