The supervisory board of the specialty chemicals group Altana (Wesel, Germany) has elected Dr. Matthias L. Wolfgruber as its new chairman. Dr. Wolfgruber has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ALTANA AG since March 2016. Dr. Wolfgruber succeeds Dr. Klaus-Jürgen Schmieder, who left the Supervisory Board at the end of his term of office.
