Schaffner Manufacturing Company, a producer of flap wheels, buffing wheels and buffing compounds for custom metal finishing applications, has purchased the assets of Barker Brothers, a family-owned manufacturer of buffing wheels, flap wheels, convolute wheels and unitized abrasive wheels.
