In January 2022 Products Finishing kicked off the second season of its On the Line podcast with an interview with Andrew Kossowski, owner of Veterans Metal to hear about the company’s plan to completely update its traditional manual processes with digital solutions and automation. It was an interesting opportunity to hop in at the very beginning of a business’s journey to transform itself — Kossowski had invested a legacy metal finishing facility and set several goals for the year to overhaul the business.
