To address its growing multilingual customer base, Springer Industrial has put a translation tool on its website. Website visitors can change the text on the site to their preferred language. This enables visitors to enjoy a more customized experience when interacting with Springer Industrial’s online presence, including submitting contact forms, using online order forms and accessing a vast amount of product information. Visitors can change the language by clicking on the flag icon located at the top of the page.
“We just want our customers to have the best experience possible when working with us, whether in person or online,” says Dave Springer, president of Springer Industrial. “We hope that by allowing our website to be translated, we will help to build a stronger connection with our customers.”
Springer Industrial provides complete finishing systems, as well as equipment and supplies associated with liquid finishing, powder coating, on-site painting, abrasive blasting, spray booths and ovens across 13 states and northern Mexico. The company also offers design, repair and installation services, as well as training programs and technical assistance.
