Introducing On the Line: The PF Podcast

At Products Finishing, we see it as our job to follow the changes in the industry and stay on top of new ways to reach our audience. What started as a print magazine has grown into a digital community that includes a resource-rich website, an easy-to-access monthly digital edition, an engaged social media destination and so much more. We are excited to offer another opportunity to connect: On the Line, the official podcast of Products Finishing.
What is the On the Line podcast?
On the Line is a podcast for coaters and finishers. It brings you stories from the world of finishing in the voices of those who are in the trenches doing the work. The episodes will vary in scope, ranging from insightful interviews where industry experts relay their expertise to broader feature stories about industry topics told in parts, connecting the dots within a larger theme. Each episode will be introduced by a Products Finishing editor and will attempt to present multiple points of view from the areas of the finishing industry that we serve – primarily metal finishing, powder coating and liquid coating.
Where can you listen to On the Line?
The On the Line podcast is available most places podcasts are found. Listen to it via iTunes and Google Podcasts on your smartphone, or listen from the podcast homepage on Products Finishing’s website. Don’t forget to subscribe so you get notified when new episodes drop!
When can you hear new episodes?
The first episode, Early Days - Insights into the Surface Finishing Industry, is live! You can hear powder coating columnist Rodger Talbert and 2021 Hall of Fame Inductee Bill Saas talk about the beginning of surface finishing and how the industry has changed right now.
New episodes will come out monthly.
