Caplugs Expands Operations to Canada
Caplugs opens a facility in Ontario, Canada in a bid to further expands its Canadian presence.

Caplugs (Buffalo, New York) is opening a Canadian hub in in Brampton, Ontario, to continue its global expansion efforts.
Formerly Caps’n Plugs, the company’s Brampton facility has a full team of product experts, sales support specialists and a warehouse full of inventory for fast shipment nationwide. The hub enables increased access to product protection, hose protection, masking solutions and custom molding capabilities.
The company says the facilities and team at the new Canadian hub operate with the same standards as before but with even more solutions. With this transition, Caplugs intends to serve as a one-stop solution provider for customers’ parts needs. With a local supply of catalog parts and extended in-house capabilities, customers gain easier access to the full range of standard Caplugs product lines, the company says.
“We have been working to grow our global footprint to better serve our customers around the world,” says David Williams, Caplugs president and CEO. “Consolidating under the Caplugs brand allows us to better serve customers across Canada with localized inventory, service and greater access to Caplugs’ custom capabilities.”
Caps’n Plugs served as a distributor for Caplugs product for more than 30 years. In 2019, Caplugs acquired the company to strengthen its presence in Canada and better serve the company’s existing in-country customers.
