ResinTech Hires Director of International Sales, Development

ResinTech has hired Parag Deval as director of international sales and business development. He will focus on business development efforts in Europe, Africa and the Middle East for both ResinTech and Aries Filterworks products.
A 26-year veteran of the water treatment and purification industry, Deval comes to ResinTech from Canada’s Aldex Chemical, where he directed the development and operation of a new resin manufacturing facility.
ResinTech President Larry Gottlieb says Deval’s experience in designing and sourcing materials will be instrumental in planning for the company’s new global headquarters, which will include the first U.S.-based resin factory in more than 30 years.
Deval is a well-known industry speaker and author, and has received numerous industry awards as well as a U.S. patent for removing bittering compounds from Stevia leaves by using ion-exchange resin technology, ResinTech says. He holds a graduate degree in chemical engineering from Pune University in India and a postgraduate diploma in business management from India’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
