CNV Architectural Coatings in Brooklyn, New York, specializes in paint and powder coating on a wide variety of large-scale product. This image is of the company’s clear powder coating process. The powder is being applied by the operator with a spray gun onto steel racks that are suspended from a continuously moving conveyor. After the powder is applied by the operator at the spray booth it then continues to the oven for baking where the powder is baked at approximately 400°. After leaving the oven, the racks are cooled and wrapped for shipping.
