Aqua-Con, a water treatment services company based in Santa Ana, California, has agreed to merge its operations into the Gardena, California, facility of ACM Technologies, a provider of resin regeneration and water purification services. The company will operate under the ACM brand. ACM is a division of ResinTech, a manufacturer of ion-exchange resins.
Aqua-Con owner Bill Hanson will become vice president of West Coast operations and will report to Mike Warner, ACM's president, who will split his time between the East and West Coasts.
“ACM appreciates this business, understands how to operate it correctly, and is continually innovating and seeking ways to expand its potential,” Hanson says. “They have modern regeneration facilities on both coasts, a seasoned leadership team, and cutting-edge water and resin testing capabilities that will certainly benefit our existing customers.”Warner is similarly optimistic: “The combination of Bill's customer backlog and our operational capabilities make this a win for everyone impacted. Customers will benefit by continuing long-established relationships while being serviced by a modern facility with increased capacity and unparalleled technical support and solution engineering.”
