The My Interpon Portal from AkzoNobel is an extended digital e-commerce platform with features and functionalities aimed to give customers fast, easy access to the information and products they need to keep their powder coating lines rolling and stay one step ahead of the competition.

My Interpon Portal is much more than an online shop for customers to buy Interpon products, AkzoNobel says. The online resources platform helps coaters not only discover the range of Interpon powder coatings but also see and experience how a multitude of colors and textures perform through a 3D lightbox color visualization tool. Features and functionality enable customers to navigate the site and search for, find and compare hundreds of Interpon products.

Administration has also been made easy to manage new, ongoing and repeat orders. A Track and Trace feature enables customers to see how their order is progressing, while past and present invoices can also be accessed, reviewed, printed and filed.

Ordering is also simplified. Users can instantly see what’s in stock and how quickly they can get the powder coatings they need. The corresponding technical specification data can be downloaded to help customers choose the appropriate coating. Customers can also quickly reorder products they use most often.

“We strive to make things easier for our customers with practical tools and support that makes us collectively more efficient,” says Jeff Jirak, director of AkzoNobel’s powder coatings business. “A significant development of our existing e-commerce site, we will continue to enrich and enhance the functionality of My Interpon Portal with new features to help customers access the powder coatings they need for the most urgent of urgent jobs.”

My Interpon Portal is being rolled out globally, starting with U.K., U.S., Spain, Australia, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands and Canada.
