Palm Technology (La Vergne, Tennessee) announces that it will move its headquarters and manufacturing operations to 1071 Firestone Parkway, La Vergne, Tennessee. The new building reportedly enables for a threefold expansion of Palm Technology’s manufacturing footprint and adds additional capabilities to its plastic and metal fabrication operations.

“This new location gives us the opportunity to expand our manufacturing with more floorspace, additional overhead cranes for material handling and a painting operation,” Charles Johnson, Palm Technology president and co-owner says. “We’re able to bring more of our supplied systems in-house, allowing us to better serve our customers with improved quality and shorter lead times.”

Located in a 50,000-square-foot high bay industrial building on five acres, the new company location is less than a mile from its existing location where Palm Technology previously held joint occupied space with Palm Commodities International LLC.  This brings the total area in the La Vergne Industrial Park to 250,000-square-feet for the two Palm companies.

The Palm companies have served the surface finishing industry for more than 35 years. Palm supplies manual and automatic plating, anodizing and cleaning lines, instrumentation, tanks and specialty equipment. The company says it has the latest in manufacturing equipment and capabilities.
