Springer Industrial (Chandler, AZ) has added Bryan Riensche as its director of continuous improvement. In this role, Riensche supervises the company’s sales team, identifying ways to enhance Springer Industrial's processes and improve its offerings to customers. He is to be based in the Chandler, Arizona, office.
Before joining Springer Industrial, Riensche worked in management roles for several leading companies, including time as the managing partner for consulting and investment entity Fractious, head of operations in North America for global manufacturer FAIST Group and general manager of Coating Innovations, a technical powder coating developer for tier 1 manufacturers.
Springer Industrial provides complete finishing systems, as well as equipment and supplies associated with liquid finishing, powder coating, on-site painting, abrasive blasting, spray booths and ovens across 13 states and northern Mexico. The company also offers design, repair and installation services as well as training programs and technical assistance.
