The three-day SFCHINA2023 exhibition concluded on Nov. 17, 2023, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Its gross exhibition area exceeded 16,100 square meters, increasing by over 207% compared with 2022 Guangzhou show. The number of visitors climbed back to 75% of pre-pandemic level, while the number of overseas visitors was more than nine times that of the 2022 show.

After four years of absence in Shanghai, SFCHINA2023 brought 8,673 visitors together and accelerated business opportunities for 260 exhibitors from 16 countries/regions. There were 86 exhibitors that were new to the show. The number of registered visitors was 8,673, including 302 overseas visitors. The technical and electroplating forums had good attendance across all five sessions for each forum, totaling 900 participants.

SFCHINA2023 has gained support from the finishing industry, with the number of exhibitors increasing by 165% compared with the 2022 Guangzhou show. The figure reflects the gradual recovery of the industry and the strong demand from exhibitors to take part in physical business events.

The SFCHINA2023 physical show has ended, but the online show is in progress. The online show continues to showcase more than 550 products from exhibitors. In addition, “Exhibitor Onsite Interviews” playbacks are available for free until Dec. 31, 2023. Visitors can also utilize interactive functions such as chat, company/product search and business matching to stay connected with the industry online.

SFCHINA2024 is planned to run in Guangzhou, China, Dec. 3-5, 2024.
