EPSI Acquires Associated Rack Corporation
With eight plants in the US, Associated Rack Corporation is centrally located to major industrial centers.
EPSI (Franksville, Wisconsin) announces the acquisition of Associated Rack Corporation (ARC). EPSI purchased ARC in December of 2021 and will operate ARC as a division of the company.
With eight plants strategically placed throughout the US, ARC is centrally located to major industrial centers and says it is capable of taking jobs both large and small. ARC’s manufacturing sites are in Euless, Texas; St. Louis, Missouri; Chicago, Illinois; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Grand Rapids, Michigan; Mount Juliet, Tennessee; Rutherfordton, North Carolina and Vero Beach, Florida.
EPSI intends for the operations of the ARC facilities to continue as they have previously, but there will be some changes in the way the orders are processed. All current ARC accounts will be migrated into the EPSI ERP system to provide one central location for order processing and billing. Current ARC customers can continue to reach out to their current sales representative for assistance and racking needs.
