Springer Industrial Welcomes Technical Sales Representative
Victor Salinas joins the Spring Industrial team as a technical sales representative, providing support to customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.

Springer Industrial welcomes Victor Salinas as a technical sales representative. In this role, Salinas will provide sales and technical support to Springer Industrial customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.
Before joining Springer Industrial, Salinas spent 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, including time as a recruiter. He retired as a master sergeant in 1989. From there, he transitioned to several successful civilian jobs, including work as a recruiter for a technical school and serving as operations manager for a trucking company. Eventually, he was introduced to the powder coating industry and spent three years installing powder coating equipment, then another 20 years as a powder coating sales representative for Cardinal Industrial Coatings.
“Victor’s experience, not only in the powder coating industry but also in recruiting and sales, is going to be important to our customers,” says David Springer, Springer Industrial president. “He's a great communicator, and he knows this industry inside and out.”
Springer Industrial provides complete finishing systems, as well as equipment and supplies associated with liquid finishing, powder coating, on-site painting, abrasive blasting, spray booths and ovens across 13 states and northern Mexico. The company also offers design, repair and installation services as well as training programs and technical assistance.
Springer Industrial works out of its headquarters in Chandler, Arizona, as well as locations in California, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah.
